Solo Camping for Two (known in Japan as Futari Solo Camp), an upcoming TV anime based on the camping-themed seinen manga by Yudai Debata, has revealed a new cast member. The series will broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX and other stations beginning in July 2025.In Solo Camping for Two, voice actor Yohei Azakami (Lewis Smith in Brave Bang Bravern!) plays Akihito Takigawa, a long-time friend of lead character Gen Kinokura. Kodansha serializes the original Solo Camping for Two manga in their Morning seinen manga magazine.

What is Aniplex up to now? One mysterious photo teases what's to come next from the company, but we won't know any real details for another three days.Today, the company shared a photo of two young women in Shibuya, hinting at the theme of the new project to come. A YouTube premiere schedule for February 24 is simply titled "Two Girls, a Bike, and a Journey."The description for the premiere simply states that it will be a trailer for a "new anime work," with no indication of whether the project will be a series, a film or something else entirely.While news is still forthcoming, commenters on the upcoming video are already theorizing.

Detectives These Days Are Crazy!, an upcoming TV anime base on the comedy mystery manga, has added a new member to its cast. In the series, voice actor Chado Horii will play Cerberus, a stray cat Nagumo and Mashiro adopted while they were searching for a different missing pet. Additionally, a 30-minute “endurance video” of Cerberus's awful caterwauling (below) has also been published to promote the series, which will broadcast in Japan in 2025.Detectives These Days Are Crazy!

Thus, Samurai Pizza Cats made its way to North America in 1991, and now, nearly 35 years later, the series has a new action-RPG on the way.Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast from the Past! comes from Dutch studio BLAST ZERO (Jitsu Squad), with Red Dunes Games from the United Arab Emirates handling global distribution with a planned 2026 launch.

It's time for another casting announcement from The Catcher in the Ballpark! The upcoming anime has revealed two more voice actors joining the cast—one playing a member of the "baseball town" at the center of the story, another as a coworker of protagonist Murata.Hotaru (L) and Nagisa (R)Atsuki Nakamura (Roko in THE IDOLM@STER Million Live!) will play Hotaru, a new coworker of Murata's who loves baseball. A Dragon Ball Z Crocs collaboration was recently unveiled, and now Foot Locker and Champs Sports are getting ready to launch the exclusive line next week. The official channels for the upcoming Apocalypse Hotel series announced today the original TV anime will premiere on April 8 in Japan. Alongside the premiere date, an illustration by the original character designer and manga artist Izumi Takemoto (Akaneko no Akuma) was released, with additional details of the spin-off manga titled Apocalypse Hotel Puspus. The Apothecary Diaries anime and the Japan Pharmaceutical Association are teaming up for a collaboration with Maomao set to appear in pharmacies and hospitals across Japan once again after an earlier cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. To celebrate the collab, a new visual of Maomao grinding up some medicine was released by the anime team. The new visual, alongside the second season key visual, will also be used on prescription books to be distributed to over 52,000 pharmacies and hospitals around Japan.

Marin and Gojo’s budding romance in My Dress-Up Darling will soon be coming to an end. Manga creator Shinichi Fukuda announced today on her X (formerly Twitter) account that the next chapter of the cosplay-romance series will be its last. The 114th chapter of the series was published today, with the 115th chapter as the series’ last.The final chapter is set to be released in Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine next month.

The official website for the ongoing 22nd Precure TV anime series You and Idol Precure♪ announced today that Daisuke Sakuma, a member of the Japanese male idol group Snow Man, will voice Kaito Hibiki — a new character who will join the anime in its next fourth episode to air in Japan on February 23.The site describes Kaito Hibiki as "A 'legendary idol' who has attracted attention from all over the world and is loved by everyone from babies to the elderly. As a secret visitor, he met Uta and her friends when he visited Uta's house, Cafe Glitter." The character has already appeared in the anime's opening movie and a preview for the fourth episode.Sakuma is known as a huge anime fan.
