The official website for the ongoing 22nd Precure TV anime series You and Idol Precure♪ announced today that Daisuke Sakuma, a member of the Japanese male idol group Snow Man, will voice Kaito Hibiki — a new character who will join the anime in its next fourth episode to air in Japan on February 23.The site describes Kaito Hibiki as "A 'legendary idol' who has attracted attention from all over the world and is loved by everyone from babies to the elderly. As a secret visitor, he met Uta and her friends when he visited Uta's house, Cafe Glitter." The character has already appeared in the anime's opening movie and a preview for the fourth episode.Sakuma is known as a huge anime fan. While performing as an active idol, he made his voice acting debut as Makusa North in the 140th episode of Black Clover in August 2020.
